Insite Properties is a full service commercial real estate firm that was founded in 2001. Insite is based in Charlotte, NC and has an additional office in Nashville, TN. Insite manages over 2 million square feet of professional office, medical office and shallow bay industrial space for itself and third-party owners. Insite specializes in the development, acquisition, management and leasing of office, medical office, small bay industrial and residential properties in the southeast. Our principals have over 50 years of combined real estate brokerage, investment and development experience.
In addition to acquiring properties for our own portfolio, Insite represents several separate account investor clients for whom it serves in an investment advisory capacity.
