Bethany became part of Insite Properties in 2021 and now serves as Senior Property Manager at 525 N Tryon Street, a 19-story office tower in Charlotte’s North Uptown market. Her main focus at Insite is the on-site management of this prominent commercial building, where her attention to detail and hands-on style have left a positive mark on both owners and tenants. Before stepping into her current role, Bethany managed a wide range of Insite’s office, medical, and commercial association properties across the Charlotte region, building a strong foundation in the and commercial real estate field and working through multiple new development transitions and upfit oversights.

Prior to joining Insite’s team, Bethany spent four years working in student housing property management, followed by three years overseeing residential homeowners’ associations. These experiences honed her abilities in time management, budgeting, maintenance tracking, and project oversight, making her a valued resource for Insite and its clients.

Jay has been involved in commercial real estate brokerage, consulting and development full-time since 1987. Prior to moving to Charlotte in 1997, he spent 10 years in downtown Washington, D.C., as a commercial real estate broker initially with Grubb & Ellis and later with Faison. In Charlotte, Jay was Vice President, Corporate Services, with Lincoln Harris where he represented such clients as US LEC, J.C. Bradford & Company, Interstate/Johnson Lane, ALLTEL, Wachovia Securities, Bank of America and The Urban Land Institute. During his four years with Lincoln Harris, he completed over 60 transactions in 50 cities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Jay left Lincoln Harris in 2001 to form Insite Properties.

At Insite, Jay is responsible for strategic direction, management oversight, investment decisions, investor relations, and capitalization of Insite’s acquisitions and development projects.

Walter has over 12 years of experience in maintenance and HVAC. He is HVAC-certified and brings extensive hands-on knowledge in building systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Originally from Syracuse, NY, he relocated to North Carolina in 2009 to continue growing his career in the field.

In October 2025, he joined Insite, where he continues to apply his expertise and dedication to delivering quality service and reliable facility operations.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and staying active through sports. He volunteers whenever he has the opportunity and values giving back to the community. Most importantly, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their four children.

Jerry joined Insite Properties in 2014. Prior to coming onboard with Insite, he held management positions with other commercial property management groups where he gained a vast knowledge and was vocal with developing their engineering and maintenance teams. Jerry has over 30 years of Building Engineering and Maintenance Management experience with a vast skill set, including IT knowledge and experience, that has proven to be invaluable to our organization. 

Jerry currently directs daily property maintenance operations. He leads our growing engineering and maintenance team and has also developed and is managing our commercial HVAC division. Jerry’s other daily functions include being pivotal in collaborating and assisting with current commercial construction.

She grew up in Upstate New York, but also spent several years in New Jersey before relocating to North Carolina. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.

Jonathan focuses on office, medical office and industrial acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects across the Southeast. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and capitalizing investment opportunities for Insite and its separate account investor clients. Jonathan is experienced in performing various forms of financial analysis and is also proficient with Argus software. He joined Insite in 2014 and served his first five years as Brokerage Associate where he focused on Insite portfolio and third-party landlord leasing assignments and property marketing efforts. Prior to moving to Charlotte, Jonathan worked as a Multi-Family Property Manager for PRG Real Estate for six years in Nashville, Tennessee.

Ron is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, but has lived in Chicago, Seattle, and Connecticut. He spent 14 years in law enforcement (security) before joining the Insite team on a permanent basis in 2017.

In his free time, Ron LOVES movies! He has even acted as the lead, as well as an extra, in several independent films.

Lewis is a dedicated HVAC professional with over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential systems. He joined Insite in 2022 as an HVAC technician, bringing with him several years of expertise gained at Lennox International, a Fortune 500 company renowned worldwide for both servicing and manufacturing HVAC equipment.

At Insite, Lewis focuses primarily on HVAC diagnostics, repair, and equipment replacement, though he is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. His technical skills are matched by his commitment to quality and reliability across every project he undertakes.

Prior to his career in the HVAC industry, Lewis served three years in the military. During his service, he was honored to be part of the funeral detail team, entrusted with folding the American flag and presenting it to the families of veterans across northern New York, New Hampshire, and Connecticut—a role that demanded both precision and compassion.

Lewis's achievements include earning his North Carolina HVAC commercial license (H2) as well as his residential HVAC license, H3 class 1. He also holds an associate’s degree in HVAC, reflecting his dedication to ongoing professional development.

Auburn joined Insite Properties at the beginning of 2022, bringing with her nine years of experience in residential property management and real estate operations. Brett brings a wealth of experience to Insite, having spent the last decade as the Head of Capital Markets for TLD Land & Development Company in Atlanta, GA. In this role, he managed all equity and debt raising for the firm, as well as asset sales and capital restructuring.

Prior to his tenure at TLD, Brett was the Co-Head of Real Estate Capital Markets (RECM) at Wachovia Securities. He also served as the Head of the Income Property Group and the Multifamily Finance & Investment Group within Wachovia's Real Estate Division. His responsibilities included overseeing Wachovia's 28 Regional Production Offices across the US, which were responsible for private real estate client coverage and origination, including portfolio and CMBS. Additionally, Brett managed Multifamily Capital and all agency lines of business, including Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac DUS Program Plus, and FHA, as well as Wachovia's Affordable Housing initiatives.

Brett began his career in the Real Estate Finance Group at Bank of America, with assignments in Charlotte, Atlanta, and Chicago. Kristine has spent the majority of her 25-year career supporting Commercial Real Estate
Investment professionals in a variety of departments, including accounting, real estate market
research, CMBS, and insurance. Born and raised in the Northeast, she relocated to the Charlotte
area in late 2020, joining INSITE in June 2023 in a part-time role assisting Accounts Payable. In
December 2025, she accepted the role of full-time Accounts Payable Specialist.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kristine runs her own business teaching stamp art
and paper-crafting classes throughout the state of North Carolina. She enjoys time with friends

Jordan joined Insite Properties in 2019 after graduating from Mallard Creek High School. Mary is a real estate and business professional with nearly 40 years of experience in commercial real estate operations. In addition to her membership in the National Association of Realtors and the North Carolina Association of Realtors, she holds multiple certifications and accreditations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Has served in leadership capacities in many trade organizations including CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Charlotte with past positions including 2022 President, CREW Network Delegate, and chair of Member Recognition and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) both nationally and with the Western North Carolina Chapter. Her involvement in national IREM includes serving on its board of directors, serving as chair of the Ethics Hearing Board, and serving as President of the international IREM Foundation, a philanthropic organization. Additionally, Mary is a recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal Women in Business Achievement Award, the Mecklenburg Times Most Influential Women Award, and Globe Street’s Women of Influence Award.
