INSITE acquired 6 acres in downtown Matthews conveniently located on Highway 51 near Novant Hospital. The project was entitled for 70,000 square feet of professional office and medical office space. Insite developed a 40,000 square foot medical office building including a ambulatory surgery center for OrthoCarolina, and corporate headquarters office buildings for Morningstar Storage and Proverbs 31 Ministries.
