Insite seeks to acquire creative, professional, small industrial and medical office properties that are well located, single or multi-tenant and stable or opportunistic investments. Insite acquires investment properties for its own portfolio through joint venture partnerships with institutional and family office capital. Insite also represents several separate account investor clients for whom it serves in an investment brokerage and advisory capacity.
With decades of real estate investment experience, intimate market knowledge and through expansive industry relationships, Insite identifies and sources real estate investment opportunities that are typically “off-market” or “under the radar”. Our acquisitions team works side by side with our asset management team to develop and implement a detailed investment strategy for each asset that increases operating efficiencies and enhances net operating income during the investment hold period while also determining appropriate exit timing to maximize the return on investment.
Our creative and professional office investment criteria:
• 25,000 RSF or larger
• Multi-tenant
• Value-add, core-plus and stabilized
• 0% to 100% occupied
• Urban location with ease of access and abundant amenities
• In Southeastern markets that are characterized by population growth, strong employment, with leasing demand and with rent growth
