Mint Hill Village

INSITE delivered a mixed-use village of shops, restaurants and offices totaling 62,000 square feet on an 18-acre parcel located in the heart of downtown Mint Hill, on Highway 51 between Lawyers Road and Highway 218. The project includes one outparcel, which was sold to Hawthorne’s New York Pizza & Bar, 23,817 square feet of Office Condominium space, and for lease retail /office space totaling 38,275 square feet. INSITE sold 10 acres located behind and connected to the commercial uses to a residential developer to be developed as residential townhomes.
